Service Call: I will come to your home or business to solve your computer problem. This includes up to 1 hour to diagnose the problem and give you and idea of any additional cost. My service area is Northwest Arkansas this includes Benton and most of Washington counties and some of southern McDonald and Barry counties in Missouri. For calls outside this area there are additional travel charges.
Shop Checkout Fee: This is the minimum cost of diagnosing your computer problem if the computer is left at my shop for service or repair.
OS Upgrade: This service will give you an upgrade from an older operating system, to Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition or Microsoft Windows XP Professional Edition. Please note that there are minimum requirements to run Windows XP. If your computer is under the requirements, installing XP on your computer is not recommended. You will also have to purchase a license from Microsoft for Windows XP. (Home License Purchase, Professional License Purchase)
File Recovery: I can many times recover lost files from a erased drive or file this includes digital camera cards.
Hard Drive Clean Up: If you purchase this
service, I will erase and reformat your hard drive. All files will be deleted
and you will be able to start off on a clean slate. If you have any important
files on your hard drive that you would like to keep, I can safely back them up
for you. This is one of my top purchased services and it fixes most problems
with a computer.
Spyware and Adware Removal: I will remove all of the spyware
and adware from your computer.
Virus Removal: I will remove all of the viruses from your computer.
Hijack Repair: If your computer
is suddenly not connecting to the internet, or when you open up your web browser
and your homepage is not what it used to be, you have been hijacked. This is the
service you need for me to perform for you to regain control over your
computer's internet capabilities.
Custom Built Computer: I will build you a
custom computer for $100.00 plus parts cost. You can pick out your own parts, or
you can tell me what you are willing to spend and I will pick out the highest
quality parts while keeping your budget in mind. My custom built
computers are very high quality, and are built as if they were my own.
Wireless Home Network Setup : If you just got DSL, cable, or any other kind of high speed connection, I will setup your home wireless network. This includes installing the necessary software on each computer, hardware installation, wireless router, and adapter setup.
Home Network Setup: If you
just got DSL, cable, or any other kind of high speed connection, I
will setup your home network. This includes installing the necessary
software on each computer, hardware installation, and cable running
to some extent.
Home Network Repair: If your home network has stopped working; this is the
service you need to purchase. This service includes software reinstallation,
hardware repair, and/or whatever else is required to make your computer(s)
become reconnected to the internet.
RAM Upgrade: This upgrade will make your computer able to handle more tasks.
Video Card Upgrade: This upgrade will increase you computers graphic ability.
PCI Card Installation: A PCI Card Installation can vary from anything such as sound cards, Ethernet cards, USB cards, and much more.
CD Drive Installation: I will install a new CD drive into your computer. This can include DVD-ROM drives, CD-ROM drives, or CD-RW drives.
Floppy Drive Installation: I will install a new floppy drive into your computer. Even though floppy drives are outdated, they are still useful for many things.
Hard Drive Installation: If you have run out of room on your current hard drive, or you would just like another one for the heck of it, I will will install you a new hard drive if you purchase this service.
All Hardware Upgrades and Installation purchases include the driver installations as well.
